Ingredients Needed

  1. 1 Pour 1 cup (8 ounces) of skim milk into blender jar.
  2. 2 Add 1 scoop of Double Rich Chocolate flavored Gold Standard 100% Whey.
  3. 3 Toss in ¾ Cup of fresh or frozen strawberries.
  4. 4 Add medium sized banana.

Other Notes

Cover and blend on 'high' for 5 to 10 seconds before downshifting to a medium speed and then low for about the same amount of time. Adding some ice cubes will have a cooling effect and enhance the overall texture profile.
